1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using callix.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided by Callix, including but not limited to our voice communication platform, CRM integration tools, data analytics dashboards, and related mobile or desktop applications. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
Callix offers a comprehensive cloud-based communication solution designed for modern businesses. Our platform includes services such as:
- Outbound and inbound call handling
- Interactive Voice Response (IVR) configuration with routing logic
- SMS messaging, templates, and campaign manager
- Call recordings, transcriptions, and searchable call history
- Real-time dashboards and historical analytics for supervisor review
- Integration with external CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and custom APIs
- Team user management with role-based access control
Service availability and features may vary depending on your selected subscription plan. We may enhance or change our services over time to reflect new features, compliance updates, and performance improvements.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, users must register by providing complete and accurate information. Each user is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, including password and API tokens. If unauthorized use is suspected, users must notify Callix immediately. Sharing access credentials or using another user’s login is strictly prohibited.
You may manage your users and teams through the Admin Dashboard. Account activity is logged to ensure compliance and security.
4. Permitted Use
Callix provides services intended for lawful business communication. You agree not to use the service to:
- Disseminate spam, automated robocalls, or unsolicited bulk messages
- Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients or staff
- Transmit harmful software, phishing attempts, or malware
- Circumvent call or messaging limits based on your plan
- Engage in activities that violate privacy laws, such as unconsented call recording
5. Subscription, Payment and Billing
Callix offers subscription tiers tailored to varying business sizes. Plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. Features such as call quotas, SMS limits, storage space, and supervisor seats vary by plan.
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Late payments may result in feature limitations, account suspension, or additional reactivation fees. If automatic payment fails, you will be notified via email and in-app alert.
All transactions are subject to VAT or other applicable taxes unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
6. Call Recording & Legal Compliance
Call recording features are offered for supervisory, compliance, and operational auditing purposes. By enabling call recording, you confirm that your organization complies with local and international laws regarding two-party consent and customer data rights.
Callix does not monitor or use your recordings unless explicitly authorized for troubleshooting or support cases.
7. Service Availability and Maintenance
We aim for 99.9% uptime but occasional downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance or infrastructure issues outside of our control. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime via dashboard notifications and email.
Emergency maintenance may occur without notice if system integrity is threatened. We are not liable for loss of revenue, opportunity, or data due to outages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, platform interfaces, databases, underlying source code, and system architecture belong to Callix and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our services without written consent.
Trademarks, brand assets, and UI elements are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these Terms or engage in behavior that threatens platform stability or user trust.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be accessible for 30 days before automatic deletion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
Callix shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data breaches due to client misconfiguration, or missed calls due to user-side device issues.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Callix, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the services.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. You will be notified via email or dashboard banners of material changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations before pursuing arbitration or court proceedings.
